A not-cat who joined Prenn through a mistaken join form for another village. She stayed anyway as she was provided food and shelter. She can be found almost every night under the stars.
She liked the place and took part in the second mayor election, but only her friends were on her side for the stars aligned. She wonders what could have been.
Even so, she and Marmil got close after the latter learned about her from the election. They often discuss stars and what they mean together.
Anaatel leaves strange notes that have undecipherable symbols on them near her sleeping spot. She thinks she's being threatened, probably.
