Chobani is a connoisseur of the finer things in life - good food, good naps, good laughs, and good friends. They approach the world with unshakeable calm, and they get along with just about everybody. In Chobani's eyes, stopping to smell the roses is the most lavish luxury of them all - and everyone should remember to treat themselves at least once in a while.

Background:
Chobani grew up in Little Respite alongside their littermates, Ashrain and Amberbug. The three of them were reknowned throughout the town for causing boatloads of mischief, with Chobani happily humoring their siblings' lust for chaos as long as it made the two of them happy. Ashrain and Amberbug often butted heads, however, and Chobani was never all that personally invested in their little crime sprees in the first place, so as they grew older, the three of them grew apart. This was a nice change of pace for Chobani, who would like to slow down and spend some more time with their childhood friend, Frostmorn.
Sadly, their time together with Frostmorn was cut short, as Frostmorn soon left the village together with their parent, Clay, to learn about their heritage. Throughout their adolescence, Chobani spent most of their time slacking off at school, trying out different jobs, practicing being independent from their parents, and waiting for Frostmorn to come home. Though they had plenty of other not-cats to spend time with, absence only made the heart grow fonder, and they soon came to the conclusion that when next they saw each other again, Chobani would ask Frostmorn to be their platonic life partner.
Time passed, however, and still Frostmorn did not come home. Every new letter they sent, they promised Chobani that they were so very close to finding out the truth, and that they would be home soon, but it never happened. When eventually Chobani's littermates and other same-aged friends were planning to go traveling to celebrate finally growing to full adulthood, Chobani opted to join them and go see the world for themself.
Just as they all had left home and Chobani was coming to terms with not seeing Frostmorn again any time soon, to their great relief, they bumped into Frostmorn and Clay, who were on their way home in the opposite direction! Frostmorn jumped at the chance to join their childhood pals for a new adventure, and before long, the two best friends made a vow to never again leave one another's side.

- Frostmorn: Chobani's childhood friend and platonic life partner. They have a very silly friendship and often play practical jokes on each other. Frostmorn brings out the slight mischievous streak Chobani otherwise hides so well, and the two can easily stay up all night getting funny on watermeowlon juice and partying together.
- Ashrain: Chobani's littermate. Ashrain used to get on their case a lot about about being such a lazy little hedonist all the time, but ae has given up on getting Chobani to change in any meaningful capacity, and instead simply enjoys their pleasant - if not incredibly intellectually stimulating - company. Chobani pretends not to notice Ashrain's feelings, but really they're digging in their heels hoping a little bit of their own zen vibe will rub off on Ashrain. It might do aer good if ae could just chill out a little once in a while.
- Amberbug: Chobani's other littermate. Although Chobani always treats Amberbug with kindness, she is no longer the center of their world, which is enough to upset her, since deep down, them and Ashrain are still the center of hers. Chobani is still holding out hope that Amberbug will eventually calm down enough to see that their own independence and their love for her are not in competition, but rather two sides of the same coin.
- Garden: Frostmorn's littermate. Chobani gets along great with aer and is happy to hang out with aer and Frostmorn together. Because Chobani makes Frostmorn really happy, Garden cares for them a great deal and extends aer protective instincts to them in turn. If anyone messes with Chobani, Garden will have a stern word with them! ... That is, if anyone ever actually wanted to mess with them. It's the thought that counts.
- Marble: A childhood friend. Since Amberbug used to be best friends with his littermate, Specter, Chobani often saw Marble around, and since they were both silly kittens who liked making friends, they started hanging out with each other. Whenever Chobani decides it's time to party, Marble is one of the first not-cats to show up. Because he's great fun and really nice, them and Frostmorn often invite him along for hangouts.
- Rogue and Melba: Chobani's parents. Many comment on how Chobani is shockingly similar to their parents in different ways - they have all of Rogue's patience and kindness, and all of Melba's carefree zest for life. This might be the reason they get along with both of them so well. Since they were a kitten, Rogue has always worried a little bit for their safety because of how gentle and trusting they are, but Melba is confident that Chobani is much tougher than they look - they can handle themself, and they will be just fine.
