House: Clearwater
Arwen is a kindly and hard-working not-cat, the ideal neighbor. One of Cobbled Arch's founders, he's deeply invested in the success of their little village- and can get frustrated when his neighbors don't share that same drive. Butts heads especially with Top Dollar, a yeehaw cowboy of a not-cat that Arwen does not understand, and with Klein, who is at once someone he trusts to have his back and a vaguely smug enigma. Arwen can be a bit overbearing, but he means well, he really does.
A Normal (TM) not-cat among not-normal not-cats. He doesn't always understand those who keep him company, but Arwen minds surprisingly little.
Relationships
MAJOR RELATIONSHIPS: 
Labrador ✦ best friend, teammate ✦
Arwen and Labrador are two rather laid-back not-cats with similar interests. They share the same spaces and tend to talk about the same things, and they can help each other relax or get passionate about something just by persuading the other. Also, Labrador gives Arwen crossbow lessons- it's mostly just a reason to spend more time together, but also, crossbows are wicked cool.
The two of them have grown to share just about everything- shiny objects, gossip and bonding rituals, for instance. They bicker often, but each agree to respect each other's opinions even if they seem completely nonsensical, and it rarely gets too serious.
MINOR RELATIONSHIPS: 
Klein ✦ friend, teammate ✦ Often join each other in adventuring, joint crafts projects, or attempting to act as voices of reason to other village members. Klein and xyr vaguely smug attitude is a bit of an enigma to Arwen, but he's learned to take Klein's eccentricities in stride. And, as Arwen trusts Klein to keep things under control if they're truly out of hand, he tends to be a bit more mellow and less bossy in xyr company.
Spotty ✦ rival ✦ Arwen and Spotty just don't get along. They don't have a big reason for it, they just can't stand each other, except when they're specifically going out of their way to bother each other. Arwen is more petty than usual where Spotty is involved, and is one of the few not-cats that can consistently get a rise out of aer. Arwen is easier to rile up, and Spotty takes great pleasure in doing so on the regular. They're "the only ones allowed to be mean to each other," whatever that means.
Skyfish ✦ teammate ✦ Skyfish and Arwen are amicable and share a desire to keep their teammates from getting hurt too badly. Skyfish encourages, and the down-to-earth Arwen defends. They are a Good Team and take pride in that.
Top Dollar ✦ teammate ✦ Arwen and Top Dollar really don't understand each other. Top Dollar's gung-ho attitude and Arwen's more steady and careful nature just don't really mesh. Arwen often tells the other not-cat off for his reckless behavior, and is routinely ignored. They don't especially like each other, but at least when out adventuring they have an understanding. I keep you safe, you take 'em out.
Rain ✦ teammate ✦ Rain and Arwen are fairly similar, though Rain is a bit more 'yeehaw cowboy' about things and Arwen a fair ways more overbearing. Still, they're both invested in the betterment of their village, and they're the main parties who try to wrangle their more energetic (and significantly less down-to-earth) neighbors into, like, actually building things.
