Woodnote's barn is separated into two halves. The first half is a more traditional barn, where Woodnote's flockherds, some of the village's gentlest souls, care for bunnies, mini-pigs, and chickens. Occasionally a critter escapes, causing a ruckus in town; alternatively, several not-cats grow attached to specific animals and sneak them out to become pets.
The other half of the barn is dedicated to attempts to tame interesting wild creatures, such as acorn-cap sheep or grapevine deer. Thus far the results have been.... inconclusive. At least the creatures here are usually tame enough to not lash out unless aggravated. But they aren't as friendly and social as the traditional livestock. The flockherds are stubborn enough to keep trying to domesticate them!
